Our flagship Companies - TG Leisure & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. holds specialization in accomplishing various resorts development projects and New India Hospitality Ltd for successful management and operations of all Tivoli properties. One of such milestones is Tivoli Garden Resort Hotel at Chhattarpur Hills, New Delhi. The other operating resorts of the Co are Tivoli Daffodils Chhattarpur, Tivoli Grand GT Karnal Road and Tivoli Habitat Centre at Greater Noida.

At present, we are in the process of developing new hospitality projects in Delhi, Dehradun, Jaipur and Ambala. Plans are on the anvil to develop a large integrated project - Tivoli International Convention Centre at Gurgaon with a 150 room five star deluxe hotel and a 100 Service Apartments block; an Institute of Hospitality Management; and also taking Tivoli Holiday Village to other exotic holiday destinations like Simla, Goa and Lavasa.

We are also in talks with several first time hotel/resort developers for tie-ups as a Hotel Management partner.
